Terms and Conditions


Breakfast – Is available daily, served to the rooms. This is at an additional cost to the base rate.

Check In / Out

  • Check-in time is between 14h00 and 21h00 PM **please note should you arrive after 9pm WITHOUT prior arrangement- you will be charged R350 or refused entry – We need to employ people to open up – on overtime and out of hour rates
    • Early or late check-ins may be available if prearranged (fee may be charged)
  • Check-out time is by 10:30 AM
    • Late check-out may be available if prearranged


  • Two night minimum stays are required on weekends, public holidays and certain school  holidays- If you are able to book online for one night, then it is acceptable.

E mails

Regarding your reservation. Please make sure perigrove@gmail.com is added to your address book/safe list/approved sender for your email application to ensure proper delivery. We ONLY send reservation related emails – never SPAM or newsletters. For each reservation, you should expect to receive the following:

  • Confirmation Email – Immediately after the reservation is made.
  • If you have special requirements, please contact us prior to making the reservation.

Text Messages

  • We try to communicate by email, but if we fail to hear back from you, we may attempt to send you a whatsapp or sms message to the number we have on file. Our Cell number is 063 856 2391


The following payment policy is observed:

  • A deposit is required via credit/debit card /EFTto hold the cottage(s).
  • The remaining balance is due 8 days prior to arrival by EFT or Credit Card
  • Should the outstanding balance not be paid 8 days prior tp arrival, the booking could be cancelled and no refund will be
  • All reservations  require a 50% deposit (without exception) these may be tefunded 14 days prior to arrival. Less than 14 days a credit will be carried to another date subject to availability Less than 8 days – all money will be forfeited.
